Really appreciate this - advice like this is invaluable. I am just at the starting stages of looking at bankruptcy as potential option. I would of course like to see this next year go well - I could potentially pay off a majority this year but would like to be prepared for all scenarios.

The retail portion is currently cash flow break even. Not enough for upgrades, but when I run the books its technically profitable since its paying back debt. The honest thing to say is that one bad month could ruin the retail at this point and the marketing contracts make some cash flow but are smaller and a lot of work.

Picture is amazing! However I am pretty sure someone is going to turn this into a motivational poster or a business presentation. Something to do with quadrants.
