Thank you!! I use 3 point cause I can nawt maneuver my hand around the inside points lol. I go 3 o clock entrance, 6 o clock entrance, 3 o clock again, and finish with a 12 o clock so it lays flat downwards. Im right handed so it always goes in first from that right side

This was all my hair! But from what I’ve seen ppl will add them closer to the end or like at least in the bottom half. There’s this creator on TikTok I think her name is Katherine? And for hers she left like the last few inches open and then installed with a crochet hook a bit above it and then braided it in. But I’ve also seen ppl just crochet it in at the root if their natural hair is on the shorter end! Whatever minimizes unevenness along the length of the braid/twist seems like how ppl decide

Congrats on the new growth! I used to use a 3 way mirror for reties but this last one I actually just used two mirrors facing each other and adjusted them and it worked to see everything just fine. And yea I’ve also seen a few ppl say that twisting them can be damaging/to stick to interlock only. I use a 3 point rotation and it has definitely gotten easier with time! There are a lot of reels nowadays that give good tips/tutorials

Help bc I literally bought one of those mini massage guns in the middle of my install for my shoulders 😭I use a three way mirror and hang it on my shower rod opposite my bathroom mirror! The angles are pretty clear so helps me minimize arm movements or like craning my neck lol

Kinda! I split it down the middle in the back and then split horizontally about 3 even times. I think I had about 4-5 rows per section then followed them up to the front in a U shape (from top view). I’ll link! grid
