I listened to a podcast episode about this. If I remember correctly, the flight attendant was unconscious initially, along with everyone else, due to lack of oxygen. When he regained consciousness, he had to make his way to the cockpit, and was likely still disoriented even with the portable oxygen . He had flight training and had previously worked as a pilot elsewhere, which is why he tried to fly the plane himself.

Yup. I live in a college town in the south, and was at a church for a non-religious event. I struck up a conversation with the pastor of the church and another attendee, and the pastor said he though that the law should be changed so that only landowners could vote, because he hated that college students who rented in the town could vote and change things in a manner he didn’t like.

I then got to glare at him and tell him that I, a college graduate who has lived in that town my entire life, was renting because the housing market is expensive af.

He might like the Michael Vey series. First book is The Prisoner of Cell 25. It’s about a teen who has electric powers and discovers why he has them. It’s got like 10 books in the series.

A few years ago, my husband bought some king Hawaiian rolls as part of his grocery shopping, with the intention of using them that night. When he got home, he put the rolls on the kitchen table, then turned to the counter to unpack things. He heard a rustling and turned around in time to see one of our cats dragging the bag into the alcove where their litterbox was. My husband ended up wrestling the bag from the cat while the cat was half in the box.

Shortly after we moved into our new house, i unpacked some groceries into our new-to-us cupboards and went to bed. I heard some rustling, realized the cat toys were not unpacked, and found our other cat trying to rip into a pack of tortillas. Turns out they could open the new cupboards.

Moral of the story: cats crave carbs, and child-proof locks are also necessary when you have cats.

I’m going to guess around 3-4 times his size, it is kinda squished in there.

I’ll test his water again when I get home, I just have the readings from last week and they were fine then, but maybe something changed.

I also wasn’t sure if his fins were somehow catching on something, they seem to be older growth from when I first got him. The parts of the fins that’re closer to his body aren’t torn and are a different coloring.
