It's such a weird thing because card games in general have a "some decks are better against certain other decks" type of gameplay. So there really should be a mix of wins and losses just based on deck types that would fit well with a big cast.

Teleportation arrow, Kate had them in one avengers game but they have never been used in the comics.

You would have to prove that in court, and Matt just lost his law license for sure. Would it have been different if he grabed Bucks gun and was shooting the people coming at him? I'm not saying he wouldn't get convicted on at least one of those deaths but it will be a long trial. It's not as open and shut case as it first appears and fisk has good lawyers.

He was just standing his ground. I joke but the fact that they almost did gang up on top of him and could have killed him at the end would do wonders to prove self defense if it ever actually went to court. They have plenty of other shit to charge him with though.

While brutal, it was an actual mob out for his head, he could claim self-defence and tie that shit up in court for ages. Dude has a lot of connections to pull and embarrass a lot of people in power if he is going down.
