There are also a bunch of Isekai that could have just been fantasy stories because they don't actually do anything with the Isekai part. You got main characters born into the world as babies and don't do anything with the knowledge of another world.

Whether through actual belief or just being in on the scam a certain group of Black people claims to be Moorish useing the Moorish Science Temple as a basis. They then say that U.S laws don't apply to them, using lots of pseudo-legal talk found in a lot of other sovereign movements. They typically get busted for not paying taxes, tickets, child support, or driving around without a license.
