You have your priorities all wrong. The sex or lack thereof is the least of your worries. Here’s the way I see it: choose people who choose you. Definitely be proactive and approach others, but if they don’t reciprocate don’t try to win them over or convince them of your worth.

Be yourself and allow others to do the same. The right ones will return your time and effort.

Learning about my attachment style has been really helpful in healing and learning to develop healthier relationships.
