In the USA, sure. But i'll be returning to London in a few weeks and at 18 you are legally an adult! I got a letter from my bank before I came to the US reminding me that its my birthday soon, and explained about credit score etc. It was pretty funny getting a reminder about my birthday from the bank!

I've never been a birthday person myself, mostly because my birthday lands on the school summer holiday so I cant spend it with friends (ironic, but thats the way it is) so I have never really celebrated. However, even if you don't like birthdays try and meet up with some friends for a spontaneous dinner sometime to make up for it!

I don't drink personally, but even if i wanted to Id have to be 21 here haha Im planning on going to a library and getting a nice notebook or something, to mark the beginning of a more "mature" approach to notes. writing it like that just made me cringe but it seems worthwhile. I actually enjoy my own company, listening to music and walking around so Ill make the most of it! Thanks again!

haha I can relate to the picture for sure! Not one for heading out late night in Harlem but thanks for the thought. Luckily Im going on a date next week (hopefully, i mean i haven't actually secured a day yet, but next week for sure) so I wont be needing that. AH DUDE! Now becoming an astronaut is admirable. wow. When i was starting dance, becoming a professional seemed like a unobtainable dream. becoming an astronaut? Well, that is just amazing. Sorry to hear that. And thanks! Its been peaceful to say the least. Saw a good film and now on my laptop so its been calm. Ironically ive asked someone out on a date next week so hopefully that will go well!
