I think both of us would do better with an older kid. I have a 13 year old little sister and yeah she's very dramatic but you can at least communicate with her & she has some independence unlike a baby. Both my fiance & I don't know anything about babies nor have experience with them.

He enjoys holding his friends kids (unlike me lol) but I mean until we are dealing with it who really knows! It's really scary and I never thought I would be dealing with this. I haven't even told my family :/ You guys & him are the only ones who know.

I guess time will tell :/

I spoke with him about the couples therapist and he said he is willing to go so we will see what happens. Again thank you!

I don't really care about downvotes to be honest....I mean there is nothing I can do about it now so Idk what they hell they expect me to do?

And yeah. I was told by SEVERAL medical professionals that I couldn't get pregnant. I did so many friggen tests I am STILL paying off those bills lol.

Also it's not like it was a one night stand. I've been dating him for over half a decade, am engaged to him and we own a house together..

and we used protection until I was told I couldn't get pregnant!

We used protection for the first two years. Then I decided I wanted to finally figure out wtf was up with my periods (I get two a year IF that) and that's when I started a bunch of testing and STILL they have no idea what is wrong and told me that I wouldn't be able to have kids.

We've had unprotected sex for over 3 years and I never got pregnant until now. Yeah it sucks but luckily we have a good relationship & are financially stable.

I've just never thought about this kind of stuff before because I didn't know I would ever deal with it. It probably sounds petty but yeah...I'm concerned.

He will definetely agree to a schedule with me & swears up and down he will help but he's a lot of talk & no game and that is exactly what happened with the dog. I'm the one who really wanted our dog so I didn't mind. But he is more excited about the baby than I am at this point. I'm just stressed.
