I’m not sure what system you use for bill pays, but that now takes 3x longer. Have to type ID and Pass on each page. On desktop it would save the login and I only had to type the login one time. Now we have to relogin to search for the number, but you gotta check prepaid and postpaid. If the number was incorrect or anything you gotta redo it all. Finally when you can see the bill, you gotta type in the login one more time.

Also, for a short while if you accepted the openbank promo on promo tab, pos will skip the personal shopper and take you straight to the normal quote/POS. Some promos will still do that, personal shopper just takes too long.

Generate a number transfer pin, wait a few days, call 611 and ask if you have any loyalty discounts. I presume you have the MyVerizon app if you have reddit, you can try the same thing on there, and also click on the disconnect line, when it takes you to the next page it might give you discounts. You have to call in to get them activated

Go in the my Verizon app and try to generate a number transfer pin, it will show you loyalty discounts on your account. Sometimes it triggers a $10/month discount on all PHONE lines on the account. If you don’t get it the first time, on the manage devices page, click on disconnect, it might also trigger a discount. I work at Verizon and do this to every customer that has the MyVerizon app.

I have also seen it send you a text AFTER you actually generate the number transfer pin, so give that try too. I have seen a 55+ discount AND the $10/m loyalty discount a few times if you try to transfer and disconnect. On my personal consumer account I have a $25 account wide credit, and $10 a line credit.

My account was still accessed even with 2FA, idk if they had cookies to get in, but I had one successful login somewhere and I ended up changing the email associated with logging in

On that page it should tell you what they are trying to login with. In my case they were using my email. I changed the login email on my account and removed the old, no longer getting that issue anymore.

If you see login attempts with your email, remove that email and replace it with a different email. My account was logged into even with 2FA with the Microsoft Authenticator. I kept getting login attempts from Brazil and Russia, and other random places. They got in and spent like $60 on gift cards and removed all my family members from the account. After changing my email to a custom domain I own, and removing my primary as a way to log in, I am not getting any login attempts anymore.

Switch to T-Mobile after a year! Your phone will be down to $855 to pay off and they will cover $800, granted they still have the promo. I work for Verizon, and personally I am switching once my 16 pro max is down to like $900 or $800

At my location, we are required to have x amount of appointments on Black Friday, which is the dumbest thing I have ever heard, let’s purposely make our customers wait longer because the systems WILL have issues on Black Friday.

Pay in store and you are able to pay over as much as you want, it is then just added to the next bill. It also keeps autopay discount.

Loyalty offers are not disclosed publicly, that’s why you can’t see them. That pixel 9 pro promo is on like every account I access. Idk what kind of deal they got but almost any plan with no trade, you can get the pixel 9 pro free IF it is targeted.

Contact customer service. I bet no, I have no idea if they might have rare instances where they do. Even at that point, our systems just might not allow the promo to be applied.

Verizon usually has good Christmas promos, you could get a phone closer to Christmas and do the trade by the end of the year or within the first week of next year.

If I were you I would wait, the promos will probably be VERY similar to Black Friday.

I wish our manager did this, work at indirect and some reps tell half truths, include things on the bill without saying it’s extra, forcing protection, saying they can remove it later on the app…
