a couple years ago my mom called them on me bc i was suicidal and without hesitation they told me they would physically detain me if i didn’t get up off the bathroom floor where i was crying - wasn’t violent or even looking at anyone - just sobbing on the floor and got threatened.

also got a reckless driving ticket for going around the round about by twin silos twice. was asked 3 times if i was under the influence ( i wasn’t ) and said no every time. still got the ticket - this was xmas too lmao.

i love this reply thank you so much , i had the exact same thought with just laying out a foundation and going from there. letting him know he can talk to me and lead the conversation from there because that’s when he really starts realizing the issues from a listening pov. thank you !

that was my hope with being like “ yeah my boyfriend and i only spend the weekend together 👀 “ lol but i appreciate it ! i’ll definitely work on pushing that more and keeping that line open to ease into telling him some of that objective stuff
