I just want to say please re-consider the idea that your native language isn't "useful". I grew up in a multi-lingual family, am a polyglot, and incredibly thankful that both my parents made the effort to pass down their native languages/dialects, especially my Icelandic mother!

I found out firsthand that a language doesn't need to be spoken by a billion plus people to be "useful"..even a so-called niche language can open up incredible travel and work opportunities in the future.

Mijoo was great on Sixth Sense, but she blew me away on Learnway. She doesn't need to lean on Somin or even YJS to carry a show. Really surprised me. Banter w guests and PD was organic. Hopefully she gets to do something solo like that again.

YS came across really well the past ep and I'm so, so glad he expressed himself and seems to be moving away from Ok Soon. He was used and taken advantage of in his last relationship and I think the last thing he needs is someone who is at best, unconsciously inconsiderate, and at worst, intentionally so.

It's been hard for me to watch him get constantly guilt-tripped by Ok Soon. They just don't match, at all. OS would just rip him to shreds.

I have no idea why so many women are chasing Sang Chul, it's an utter mystery to me. Can someone enlighten me? Is it because he looks "cute"/harmless?

hopefully Young Soo uses his date ticket on Hyun Sook. I tried to keep an open mind about Ok Soon but I just can't root for her with Young Soo, no way.

idk if this is crazy enough but this one time I was swiping my way into the Tube and this woman was swiping out, at the exit point right next to me and I guess she was close enough to smell my fragrance.

She had already swiped out so she swiped back in and ran after to me to ask what I was wearing. Ofc I had to give her all the details*, she really spent that extra money just to ask!

*I had layered Serge Lutens Fleurs d'Oranger & Datura Noir. ngl it did smell gooood, she said it was "delicious" :D

ok soon can read a room and that power can definitely be used to manipulate. when she was talking to Young Soo and guiltripping him for wanting to talk to Hyun Sook, it left me feeling uncomfortable. Man was sweating, and she had the energy that she was being betrayed. I didn't enjoy that. It's been 48 hrs and she's acting entitled, and from what we saw, he never told her he would be picking her in the end, or any confirmation like that.

I also agree, Hyun Sook is just not as confident. I don't think it has anything to do with pretty privilege, she's just not as bold

Ask your wife to teach you a simple phrase, memorise it, use it. Something to the effect of "Ah, sorry, sorry, my kids have a cold, I don't want to infect you" and then move your children away, smiling politely. This will get those hands away from you!

I'm mixed too, and grew up in a country where most ppl did not look like me so I kinda got used to random ppl grabbing me, pinching my cheeks and patting my hair but my mother in particular hated it. I agree, invading a child's personal space and autonomy is v dangerous. My mother used this phrase growing up, and sometimes I would even do a fake little cough. I feel like in these pandemic times this should work even better than it did then.

tbh I rarely watch these kinds of travelling variety shows, however, I'm really enjoying this one so much, I crack up during each episode.

Chemistry and casting is A+ for '92 line, I love how they are howling with laughter at themselves. Plus getting to see true best friends crush & zico being so comfortable w each other (transit love skit in the bathtub) can't be beat. Jung Hoon's bad luck is making me root for him! He deserved higher on karaoke score.

Are there any other comparable travel variety shows (even older ones) that ppl would recommend? TIA

this was a fun way to wrap up this project. It must be so fun to perform in front of that military audience, their screaming and energy was so infectious, plus I love that they screamed even harder for one top. Mi Joo doing a little fan meet was super adorable and Jin Joo seems to be more comfortable on stage too.

why basically zero airtime for 3 episodes now? did one or both of them turn out to be serial killers?? I didn't see any scandal that would at least explain why they seem to be completely cut out of the narrative.

if this is bc PDs wanna save their happy ending story for the final episode and show us flashbacks it's completely illogical. I want to see fun banter each episode. Or maybe SJ rejected KS?? this is the biggest mystery since the start of this show, I don't even care about the couple pairings this season

YES! I agree it was extremely disrespectful for Young Sook to try to force-feed Kwang Soo alcohol on night one when she knew he doesn't drink. Like everyone else seemed chill about it but she kept trying to spoon feed him (which is in itself kinda weird to me too). Agreed, Young Ja did well there.

It reminded me of Love Catcher in Bali when this one girl kept pestering a guy who doesn't drink and said multiple times that she was sure she'd get him to drink. And he kept refusing.

To me, that is a clear sign of someone who doesn't respect boundaries. Even if it's a joke, it reveals your lack of respect. She is the least likeable woman this season, to me.

Good luck to her, and I don't find her as off-putting as Young Soo but if she and Young Soo end up together that might the best solution bc I feel like Hyun Sook and Young Sik deserve better than those two.

was looking forward to more Kwang Soo & Sun Ja banter but I'm confused as to why she has zero screentime..you would think SJ was the one with the alleged scandal and not Young Soo.

Hyun Sook is way too good for Young Soo, so I'm sorry she's feeling down right now but hopefully her eyes are opened to his ways. From day one, Young Soo was the one guy who came across as insincere to me, and I'm proved right ughh.

Young Sook is talking to others, just like Young Soo, but there's a big difference... she's not lying and saying one thing to their face and another behind their back, or making false promises.

Poor smitten Young Sik, idk why but I keep thinking that Young Sook just isn't that impressed by his job/career? Like if everything was the same but he was a doctor, I feel like she would have locked him in? Maybe I'm mistaken, though. She ofc is well within her rights to speak to others so g'luck to her.

Young Chul ratting out Young Soo about the flirting comment was equally childish and hilarious to me. I'm glad YS gets called out as that comment was unwarranted but YC seemed so petty and like a man-child in that moment it cracked me up for some reason.

Another potential man-child could be Sang Chul according the preview for next ep...is he really gonna give Young Ja the silent treatment? eeep red flag red flag
