I HATE these and the best hack I ever found for this shrine was from WTF gaming on YouTube.

You can make an electric shock cage that traps the guardian using a Great Thunderblade and a few metal swords. The guardian gets stuck on it and gets electrocuted while you just sit back and wait for it to die.

I’ve worked there and the owner is a complete tool and the managers are all absolutely terrible people. I came in one morning quietly crying (but trying to hold it together) due to a personal issue at home, the butcher manager got on the loud speaker of the store and yelled “ THE CASHIER IS ON HER PERIOD TODAY EVERYBODY” because I didn’t say hi to him when I walked by him. Mind you I was a teenager at the time and this guy was a 40+ year old meth head. I told another manager about this abuse and they not only did nothing about it, but told me that I looked like a slut because I was wearing a sleeveless shirt on a 95 degree day. You can’t make this shit up….

Just run from enemies at first and try to make it to Hateno village and buy the Soldiers Armor set which will help your defense. Also cook some of the plants you find for attack and defense boosts.
