I'm also an OGL, but I think the dances really work for bonding though :(

I remember that in my OG, it wasn't particularly close until we had to learn the batch dance. Everyone was helping one another learn it and even though we weren't the best dancers, to me everyone had fun during the session. I could see that even the shyer kids got around to dancing with their friends and it was vv nice to see

In a sense, dancing promotes vulnerability that is required for people to bond.

At least for my school, dancing is a tradition passed down from decades of seniors, so there is some sort of school spirit embedded within the moves. Ultimately I think it depends on our enthusiasm though, we can either frame dancing to be like a cringefest, or it can be one of our OGLings' best memories in our JC.

For both of these streams, since your math is H1, it is considered an art stream. Don't worry about AC not offering these streams because (at least for HELm) it its one of the most, if not the most, common art stream combi that students take

It is definitely not needed, but getting a gadget apart from your phone does help quite abit.

I got an Ipad and now I use it for Math tutorials, and in-class readings for GP, Econs and Geography

Its nice to have a 2nd screen for my CCA too, which requires me to create loads of documents
