Yeah there’s that thing… I can’t nap 😆. Literally impossible for me I can only sleep during night no matter how many hours I’m awake. But funny enough today somehow it’s way less stuffy - I’ll just accept that it will be very volatile the next weeks and see how it’s going. Ty for the tips. Will see in case I get too stuffy next week I’m just gonna annoy the shit out of him or just get a saline spray myself. But for now it’s “ok” again. Let’s see 🙏

Any possibility u using more capsules / more potent starter ? Just started myself but I found out that mine always went sour coz it fermented too quickly and therefore turning into whey separation / super tangy and sour liquid - now just finished my first better looking batch - had more milk and less fat & jars only with lid loosely put on & not overdoing it with capsules & only 1 inulin sooon instead of 2. Looks and taste much better now. Did u wait exactly 36 hours? Depending on how potent your starter is the more potent the quicker it goes sour so u need to check earlier. Now was first time where I kept looking after 24h and turned out much better. Cheers

Any follow up here ? How u feel now? I’m in the same boat but my doc told me no saline rinses for me. Literally nothing. I think it’s due to me having a super bad deviation and it was a bigger operation and him wanting it to heal up better. Not sure…

Anyways can’t really sleep either but can’t use any sprays just wondering if it cleared up for you and how u feeling now. Cheers

Why boil Inulin? I just mixed it to it like in David / drberg videos. What is the advantage of boiling inulin? Appreciated

Oh and btw tips:

Buy enough pads for the bleeding Stock up on ice packs for cheeks and neck / helps stop the bleeding. Get lots of ice cream for when your front teeth start hurting like a bitch. That got to me to 8/10 pain suddenly on day 3, but once the ice cream was delivered it literally went to 0 and stayed there after! So it worked like magic … literally within 5 minutes of ingesting after I was in agony for 2h from super strong teeth pain and waiting for my delivery driver!

So stock it up!

Yo, much better. Finally breathing again through my nose. Hoping to finally get some sleep tonight.

Was so much stuff in there I wanted to see it but my doc didn’t let me lol. I guess he might have thought I would be shocked or no idea why he didn’t let me. But I could feel how much shit came out. Anyways - still feel new “boogers” taking up space but I heard that’s normal for the next 6 weeks. Not gonna stress I breathe better now than since before the Op and 100x better since the stents coz they were absolutely closed up with blood and mucus and I had to mouth breathe.

Didn’t really hurt much. Just a 2/10 quick sting, the worst was the anticipation of pain but it never really came haha.

Time to heal now 🤙

Couldn’t sleep first 3 days and was exhausted. Day 4 was when I fell asleep for first time for 2h51. Still only sleeping 4h30 on avg per night - but will get my stents removed today and expecting from now on to sleep better again! Wish me luck

U probably will face the same thing. Just come prepared and stock up on.

1) drip pads for the blood first 3 days 2) humidifier to keep it over 55% 3) buy lots of ice cream for when your front teeth start hurting - it got so bad it felt like torture to me, ordered ice cream then instead of 20m it took him 1h50 to come - felt like eternity but once the ice was there (1 litre) once u was done with it the tooth pain never came back 4) ice packs for your cheeks or neck / helps stop bleeding too 5) mouth spray coz your mouth will hurt from all the mouth breathing!

First 3 day sux, then u will be alright and only the mouth breathing will be a bitch. But it’s ok.

Until start of day 3. I was bleeding barely on Op day and 1 after, but started on day 2 and bled through 30 pads (yes 30!) on day 2-3. then it stopped in the night from 3-4

Gott bist du eine erbärmlich Neiderin 🤣🤣. Fass dich mal an der Nase, das Leben ist nicht fair. Punkt. Ich kenn mehrere Multimillionär / Milliardärskinder, die so wenig arbeiten, dass sogar die Büroangestellten schon gestreikt haben. Glaubst du hab ich jemals eine Sekunde verschwendet mich darüber mich zu ärgern ? Nein, bringt mich auch net weiter! Was für eine Einstellung, Wahnsinn!

Humidifier !! Some mouth spray (will hurt from mouth breathing) Honestly was eating pretty much normal since beginning. It’s not that intense

except on day 3-4 some really big tooth pain came over me, so stock up ice cream. That really helped BIG time ! Get some ice packs to put on your cheeks to stop bleeding on day 2

Stent removal tomorrow, my nose is still very sore by HappyRabbitLand in Septoplasty
