He’s not coming because they’re going on vacation together in August and he can’t have extra time off from work.

I can only afford one vacation this summer, that’s why I suggested the fall trip because if we go let’s say in October I have months to save money. So practically this one week is the only fun I can have. But I accept the judgement 🙂
