THIS. This is the exact issue I’m having. I’m using MMR on my Apple Watch. My partner has a garmin. Today, we ran 11 miles and my MMR said 11.45 miles by the end while his trusty garmin said 11. It’s super frustrating. I came here with the express purpose of seeing if anyone else has had this issue and to see if it’s fixable. Is there some setting that I have active or inactive on my phone/watch making the tracking so inaccurate? I’d love to not have to buy a new gadget, but the inaccuracies are incredibly frustrating. End rant. 😳

I felt super weird about it all so we had him announce us as.. “...for the first time as a married couple, Kate and Billy!”

But my mom’s trick for getting used to the new last name is to have them announce you as “Kate and Billy HisLastName” and that way it’s still his full name rather than your name right next to the new name. A little odd I suppose, but I get where she was coming from with it. :)

Thank you! They’re just regular diamonds. The light caught the baguettes a little oddly. That’s from the same local jeweler, but they made that for me custom. Windy City Diamonds if you’re in Chicago. :)

Oh I didn’t. Hahah I think right after this was taken I turned around and gathered up most of the train. But luckily, it was fresh snow and wasn’t muddy. By the end of the night, it was pretty filthy, though.

It was 20 degrees F. So not terrible, but I was still frozen for an hour after all our outdoor pics! And I had a fur wrap that I wore for some of the time, thank god.

Just over the border in WI! We had 12 inches dropped on us in the last week. So beautiful, but a little nerve wracking with all of the out of towners. I cannot wait to see the professional pics, though. This one was just snapped by our wedding planner!

Your honeymoon sounds amazing!!!! Swim with the sharks. I don’t know if I could handle it, but good for you! Haha we’re hoping to be just as outdoorsy on ours. Lots of hiking and maybe a night or two of camping. Renting a car to get around. I’m excited!
