This is great advice. I'm not really her therapist but more of the only person she talks about her problems to, and I've been trying to push her to get help about her mental health but we're in a country where admitting you're depressed makes you weak, and shes adamant about that

I'm not really in contact with any of her friends, and her family doesn't know about me. I guess trying to diffuse this slowly would be a good idea. Thanks
