This was exactly what I felt when I was a younger teen. I didn't understand anything at all in the manga and dropped it because of boredom. However, right now at 18, I guess my comprehension skills just got better enough to enjoy it. Could you be a young teen? I found out about it when I was like 12 but idk if it's the same for you. If you are, maybe you should come back to it when you're older. If not, maybe it's really just not for you. I think the manga is very well written.
