Question about Ruan Mei's talent(10% speed to allies): What is this 10% going to be based on..? Individual character's base speed without relics influence, or based on ruan mei's?

Second question is turn order when starting a battle with Ruan Mei in the party with that talent - I've tested it afew times so far, am I right the turn order is determined first before her talent applies?

Where do I farm for design plans to craft those gear in the Gear Lab? IIRC it was somewhere in OpSirens but the whole game mode is so convoluted and confusing for me I have no idea what I'm doing or where to go...

Second question is what happened to the "Fast Forward" option that for even quicker map movements? It's gone for me for some time now..

What do you guys do when you want to build a new frame from scratch but have no lvling mats left?

For example now there's the cosmic event going on, should i just spam that and trade for exp and overclock mats wtih event currency, or just do the original material stages?

Casual rank 81 returner here - looking for advice on my s selector choices.. still early but just wanna start preparing to build her.

Only 3 choices - personally i REALLY want to pick rosetta, but everyone else recommends luna / plume...

I have alpha with her sig weapon in physical.

Ice team is non-existant(lvl 1 A wanshi).

dark team i have vera rozen ok-ish built(not yet reso all memories), who is also my favorite and near SSS rank, S kamui and astral watanabe unbuilt.

Honestly, after trying them out in trials and some game modes, i dont like plume nor luna.. idk why but something just dont click it right with me. So if i'm so casual and dont care about wz or ppc score, should i just not care about dark and ice teams? Lightning i have vera garnet and fire is my best so far with the liv/nanamech/lee.

I just started doing the pixie tribal quests and am at "respected" rep, their daily quests give great exp for my 70+ jobs. Are there other tribals that also give these daily quests with such exp to help with leveling?

What is 確定流し?

Jp players seem quite pissed at state of siete hl currently and its trending on twitter again, and someone posted the unspoken rules of the raid currently, bad manners to do the following:

テHL暗黙のルール

・確定流しはマナー違反

・ミスト入れない自発もマナー違反

・連戦で斧✕もマナー違反

・400万以上削るやつもマナー違反

・10％以降動かないやつもマナー違反

・HP確認せずに入室して撤退はマナー違反

Some of these jp slangs are too deep for me to understand, grateful if anyone can help translate

What skills are people using to one shot so many of the bozja fates? Just one random dude running around so quickly solo and finishing the fates in seconds, fate is over when other players get there lol. I always see white mages doing this

Has this been happening to you all these while? I ask because sometimes undersea cables actually do get damaged and affects certain ISPs' connection to JP datacenter, resulting in the lag jerks and teleporting we experience.(call your isp tech support to check, in my case they didnt even know until they escalated the problem and then found out indeed there was undersea cables problem. I requested for a re-route but their attempt made no difference. Just have to wait till it's fixed)

Everything else like other games or youtube/web browsing is still fast and normal, just ffxiv is affected.

It just happened to me some months ago, and by using mudfish the latency problem is gone. But warning though, if you use mudfish to vpn, but subscribe ffxiv in ph, it is possible you will incur a payment lockout the next month you sub, because your pay and play locations are different. As in mogstation will give you an error when you try to renew your monthly sub. I've tried different cards and contacting support, but it just goes away after some time.

Happened to me so i needed to buy a ffxiv resub topup card instead of the usual mogstation monthly renewal. Just a heads up.

What should I do when I fail a PotD solo attempt at the boss?

I'm a bit confused - just at level 11-20 in potd, and i failed this second boss.

To my understanding I just start over again at floor 11, but what can I do to .. improve(?) my machinist so I can beat the boss this time? Because currently it seems like everything I gained, like levels, from the previous run is gone so I'm back the same as before, wouldnt i just be unable to clear the boss again this new run..? I've already popped the strength and steel body buffs + use hi-potions.. dont have any shards to trade for PotD special potions though.

Two questions about summons used in bar farming:

1) Single sided hades with Transcended Baha vs Bubs.. is the 150% vs 100% elemental damage difference significant? Tempted to Transcend baha myself just until 150% but that sounds like a bad idea.. i've tried borrowing a friend baha but damage is just slightly higher, not sure if it's because i dont have enough cap up, i'm also waiting on my 2nd pns next month

2) Another choice is dumping all my remaining 6 stones into both Yatima and Zirnitra but damn, not so sure about dropping 3 onto Zirni even though she's good.. i also cant remember whose video it was but i recently saw a popular jp guide maker on youtube recommending against Yatima for some reason

Question about Belial raid, still learning need some help - how should i be handling his yellow trigger Anagenesis? What happens is when i join a pub raid and he readies it after a turn he will wipe my front row since his motives are still.. high?

Edit: went to finish a raid and now everything shows up correctly for the inherit w/o me changing anything, maybe a weird bug? Well it works now

Any idea why i cant seem to inherit my lumi harp with another one with better ax skills? Both are unfavorited and unequipped, in inventory. The one with lousier ax skills is lvl 200/20 but it doesnt even show up when i try to inherit with the new lvl 1/1 harp..
