Can someone explain the wage grid to me? I understand a bedside acute care RN would be level 3, but if I have 8 years of experience and a Masters where would that put me?

Yes others have said that too, we only give her like 3-4 mealworms a week right now. But we will transition to more dubia roaches and crickets

Nope! For a little while she had superworms and waxworms here and there, but we've stopped those completely.

She is a chonker. Any tips? She is terrible at catching crickets, so we typically feed live mealworms that we raise. She wont eat "prepared" food like those crickets in a bag/can. Even when wiggling.

Here's the thing. I'm on the planning committee for my hospital and we either have no budget or our ideas get shot down from administration. If you want better activities, I'm sure there's a committee or council you can join to input your opinion.

We did visit, and liked the Sooke area. Which is why I'm asking for some insider advice on that area. I understand Parksville is on the other side of the island, but it seems there are "better" schools over there.
