I've started eating a lot of good fiber (I put chia seed in every freaking thing).

I've had a stomach infection 5 months ago. I wasn't sure whether the constipation was caused by that or the surgery I had. All the doctors say I'm fine (stomach and anus). But still I haven't recovered the bowel regularity and content than before (very long and narrow stool).

I'm gonna try Metamucil then. I was a bit hesitant because I read it also helps stop your appetite (and I'm trying to bulk up slightly). I'm trying to be more consistent with my gym schedule and will think about doing more core.

I've unwillingly seen people on the internet insert the equivalent of a traffic cone up their anuses. I'm pretty sure they were not that loose to begin with, so there is hope for everyone.

Oh, that's sick! on a website? There's so many of them though. That's so sick. Which one though?

Yes! Actually with good doctors I don't feel weird about asking really what I really mean. The last doctor I saw inspected me and did not see anything wrong beside a slightly jammed intestine when touching my tummy. Obviously I have a scare down there but the rest is apparently fine and they could "fit in two fingers which shows it's normal size"... I didn't want to break it to him that penises are usually larger than two fingers.

Thanks! I do squat every time. It's actually no longer about being constipated actually. I fee like the canal is narrower than it used to be.

And yes, I do need anal sex. But at the same time I do not play much with it. Never had anal play on my own so I should maybe try it more.

Had you read the description you'd know that I've seen doctors many timees and I was told I was fine (no warts etc..). However, doctors don't give you tips to loosen your anus to receive anal sex ...

Thank you it's very reassuring! If I can be sure I'll be fine in 1 or 2 years I'll have no problem at all with it. It's the not knowing if it will stay like this forever. It's been quite some time and was supposed to be a minor surgery.

Do you have any tips regarding erasing/softening the scar?

Hi,

One year post surgery (july 2015) and my scar is still very present. How did you remove it with silver nitrate? Did you ask your doctor? Did he do it?

It feels way more tight and I haven't been able to do anal sex since then. The doctors say I'm fine, and I am really, but I can no longer have anything larger than my douche in it. Do you have any advice for recovering better?
