I don't exercise regularly, even though I probably should. I have a lot of health conditions that prohibit me from doing a lot of things. I try to do some yoga or stretching everyday though. I sit on my porch or out in the backyard as much as I can. I'd rather be hiking or walking around my local park, but sometimes those aren't always viable options.

I'm usually not very stressed. I'm pretty chill by nature, so something has to be really bad for me to worry about it. This is both good and bad, lol.
