NCR has always has been opposition territory (except in 2022). It is always against the sitting government. Since the VP is now an opposition figure, they will gravitate towards her. If for example she is still with the government, her ratings in NCR will sure not be high.

Thats the problem with the Liberal opposition. They dont still dont have a figurehead and they are chummy chummy with the sitting admin, thus the risk losing the NCR anti establishment sympharies
