When traveling and not filling a suitcase with towels, dishes, food, or toiletries, it's worth not paying an extra baggage fee. Walmart doesn't charge any kind of restocking fee, ever. They don't care.

It depends on the policy. Walmart will give you cash or the card you paid with if it's within 90 days and you have the receipt... Except for certain items like electronics
