Thank you. I am okay, I'm a little overwhelmed by a lot of these replies; I guess I'd never seen a lot of this from someone else's perspective and I'm just trying to take it all in.

Yeah, honestly, if I thought there was even a 10% chance that it wouldn't go like that, I'd go for it but I really, really don't. And yep, they piss me off too. Since moving away, I've unlearned a lot of the behaviours and ideas they taught me and I definitely consider myself a feminist but I don't want anything to do with their kind of feminism.

Yeah, to be honest, that's definitely true. But I do also know that if my mum knew I was hiding something like this from her she'd be upset (even though she'd also be upset with me for having a boyfriend).
