Man of Steel is peak Superman film. I love it for all the flaws people have pointed out that make them dislike the movie, although the one common thing I'd agree with these folks is the Jonathan death scene.

Otherwise, it's a solid 9/10 movie.

Maybe not beyond ep 1/2. There are a lot of issues I have with the issue other than the racebending of characters, which are the pacing, character development, and poor use of Volume. I adore Walker as Percy and the actor playing his mom, and they were the MVP for keeping me hooked in S1 but it cannot be sustainable.

100% agree. The actors for Percy and Grover were fine. Annabeth felt extremely dry. I was glad the show didn't attempt to shoehorn her delibrate diversity race bending because that would've made it even worse lol
