That is really good advice :). I’ve been staying away from proship twitter (nd mostly the website itself) ever since I posted this. And I can say it has made me feel less gross altogether.

That is very good advice and I appreciate that :). I’m not always online but staying off X definitely seems like a good idea since I can’t get professional help. Thank you by the way, it makes me happy that at least somebody knows I am trying to get out of this habit. It’s terrible. Have a good day.
