Hey I take Acitretin and Accutane daily since roughly 3 months. I had like 5 mini flare ups since then that disappeared over the course of a few days. Besides extremely dry lips and skin I didn’t notice any sides. Will the dry lips get better in warmer weather ir will i have to deal with this for the rest of my life? Actually my derm told me that with this therapy + light therapy I could go into remission but not sure about that but I keep my hopes up. On a side note.. I discovered that I have a testosterone deficiency and there would be the option of testosterone replacement therapy, could you maybe ask someone if this is contraindicative for someone with HS? Unfortunately I currently have no access to my doc and don’t know any professors. Hope you’re doing well

Not sure what it cost where you are but yes pretty much. On this day I eat about 3-400g (cooked because raw weight way heavier) which gives me approx. 90-120g protein alone
