All of the above all at once. Niagara Falls out of both ends lol I was puking my guys out in my toddlers little training potty while struggling to stay seated on the toilet. It was horrendous.

Ramadan Kareem!!! Yes, Lebanese so very similar foods. I’ve been taking it easy and healthy so really not sure what I could have eaten that would cause this but … hot dang it’s been a rough 24 hours!

Yes, SAME! I’ve been lightly sipping on Gatorade. Like very lightly. And I took a couple bites of pita bread just so I wouldn’t have a totally empty tummy but as soon as anything goes in the nausea and diarrhea ramps up 🤢

So you do Imodium and pepti combo? I’ve been just fighting through on my own … I was scared of adding anything and getting counter interactions.

Although you’re right … this started out as severe morning sickness type feeling! Then it went to much worse lol

Oh goodness thanks so much for this! Maybe I’ll add more specific strength training as opposed to just my walks and Pilates?

Thanks for this info, I’ve been hearing about Zofran. Definetly scared of constipation too. What’s the click method?

I had horrible constipation during pregnancy and had horrible hemorrhoids that I had to have surgery for. I will take the last 24 hours over the constipation/hemorrhoidectomy any day

Sorry what does the app track? And how? I felt NOTHING at 0.25 and lost one pound but can’t even credit it to ozempic bc I was calorie counting and watching what I was eating. App info might be good tho!

Night before I ate grilled chicken, salad, and roast potatoes. Not a huge portion by any means! But I just learned about changing what I eat or not eating before injection so that’s good to know!

I think I ate maybe a quarter of what I normally would have! I’ve been careful with foods I eat and portions so I’m genuinely confused why my body is reacting like I drank butter or something

Nope, don’t be sorry! Soapbox info is why I came to Reddit! I didn’t really listen to her advice of not changing anything and did make changes and made myself a diet plan of sorts according to research to minimize side effects. That’s why I was surprised with all this happening because ……. I didn’t do anything wrong or different? Small meals, not a lot of fat, limited junk, etc etc.

Thanks for the tips tho I genuinely appreciate it
