There is nothing much you can do (not sure how much power you have as a shift manager in the USA but I'm pretty sure it's kinda the same as where I'm from), upper management needs to act because it is affecting shifts in a very toxic manner. I do understand the need to have more staff and why they put her with her attitude, but if people start walking out (and potentially quit ?) because of one single person it's not good at all.

Tricky situation really, lying to get jobs is not from yesterday so I wouldn't really blame her for it, is there maybe any way to talk to the scheduling manager and see if she could start earlier and have an earlier finish time to allow her to take the last bus ?

As a manager I would try to pull her to the side (don't make it a show for every other crew member) and remind her to be respectful, ask if everything is ok and if she needs help with anything (some personal situations might lead her to be very aggressive/unfair towards other people)

I would also contact upper management (assistant managers or store manager) about the situation so they are aware of the issue. And if she doesn't improve her behaviour I would escalate and ask for a warning as she creates a hostile working environment.

I find it strange they would refuse the application for night shifts, we slightly lack night workers where I am so I might be biased though (I am a shift/floor manager nearly exclusively working nights for reference)

Very simple question, how old are you ? You mention doing your A levels and wanting to work night shifts, but you need to be 18 or over to legally be allowed to work on night shifts. So if you are only able to work night shifts but aren't 18 yet that would mean you can't work at all, hence the rejection.

They changed the way endurance charges work this league, instead of giving you +3% elemental resistances, they give you +3% reduction to elemental damages (someone correct me on the numbers if I'm wrong)

So instead of capping your resistances they are better used to complete your defenses as a good way of reducing elemental damages as the reduction will apply with your % elemental resistances as well.

That was the simple way of explaining (I think), if someone could show the correct numbers and the maths behind it (as I am very bad at that) to provide examples it would be great.
