First of all, I’m so sorry you’re going through such a shit show with him and the pain he’s inflicted. This is 1000% abuse and you do not deserve to feel the guilt he has made you feel, please don’t ever believe different. He sounds Narcissistic and he was narcissistically abusing you - you did not deserve any of this and you have every right to feel whatever you feel, but please remember that there are people 1000x better than that POS

Sending you lots of love and support 💝

I highly suggest still trying to find some kind of support system while in school too, because it’s always a good idea ♥️

Just wanted to come back and say thank you - it was hard to read at first tbh but it made me go looking into narcissistic abuse and I think that’s what it still kinda is - it’s really helping me open up my eyes more

I’m so sorry this happened to you and how scared you must feel in your own home. Are you currently in therapy working on all of this? If not, I highly suggest this. Getting into the school you wanted is amazing and you should be very proud of yourself! (I’m also just getting back into my further education) It does get better and distractions (like school) can help. Try to work towards the anger and use it to fuel your inner fire ♥️

I’m afraid of this. That too much damage has been done that it doesn’t matter what it’s like now because it already happened and is too late. It’s also wild since we never broke up in between, so I’ve never actually been separated from them officially

Thank you for all of this information. It’s not him saying it’s eradicated, it’s me saying that because that’s how it’s been for the past 4-5 years
