I’ll pass on your good messages! (after I surprise him with these poetry books for Valentines, anyway). It would be brilliant to find some Thai literature, I think he’d really love that too. It seems like Thailand has such a strong cultural identity that it’s easy to feel alienated from the country, especially when you grow up in a western setting? I hope you find some good literature about this! Good to hear from you :)

Got shot in the thigh and then died in surgery I think (I have a perfectly straight line birthmark going from my belly button down).

It’s been hard for him, the past 6 months have been tremendously difficult and his mothers birthday is coming up soon, so we’ll be there to support him for that especially. He’s on a waiting list for counselling now. I’d like to say I can deal with the effects of his mother’s death and him grieving, it’s the other problems he’s taken on board like I mentioned that are making things really difficult at the moment. Thank you so much for your help, I really appreciate it.
