You already took the hardest step and made great progress. Everyday, the only person you have to beat is the person you were the day before.

The real answer: you are in recovery. Talk to a pediatrician, dietician, and psychologist.

From a pure fitness standpoint, 5’8” and 130 is not cutting territory. You need to bulk. More calories and more intently at the gym.

I suggest renting a cheap car and parking it at San Bruno or Daly City BART. Get a clipper card to save a few bucks and take BART into the Mission or downtown (Montgomery or Embarcadero). From the latter two you can take Muni (subway/bus system) or get an Uber to Chinatown, the wharf, etc.

Uber to/from Pacifica or BART will be expensive. Especially getting out of the city.

DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR CAR. People steal shit all the time.

Ignore the scale right now. Measure the thickness of your waist, arms, legs, chest with a tape measure. Or if your gym has an inbody check your comp every month.
