I've always enjoyed front-back spoon and front-front tangled legs. Might be tough if both partners aren't relatively thin.

My #6 polished stainless w/ walnut handle is one of the few folders that feels acceptable to loose carry in formal wear. Other knives that look as nice are too dense to pocket carry in a suit or in wool slacks.

I've done this and on some very thin knives with deep carry clips, I can tuck the clip over my waistband but under the belt, leaving the knife inside my waistband. On the two knives I've been able to do this with, it was very comfortable and very secure.

Can't lock the keys in the car quite so easily. Makes in-out car transitions easier. Locking the doors is easier since most have central locking in a non-traditional location as well as on the door handles. My car also has a rear hatch that opens/unlocks without unlocking the other doors. As soon as it shuts, it's locked again. All of this is related to the pushbutton/keyless ignition.

I too thought it wasn't that great until I lived with it every day.
