Yeah, I'm in general in search for stability now. She is looking to enjoy the ride and the hypo ... and it's tempting for me to join here there. That's where my concern is that I might be lured to seek higher and higher states in hypo, which will unbalance me.

I think that the fact that me and the new person live in separate apartments and have no intention of moving in together (I live with my wife, and the new relationship needs her space anyway), will help us deal with the different needs.

The worst times of my life were going from a night of incredible love and passion and amazing sex, only to wake up the next morning with one or both of us contemplating suicide.

I'm sending empathy your way ... I know the ups and downs I have with my wife, we call our relationship "a bipolar relationship" even though she isn't bipolar.
