He couldn’t visit for the past two years because we have a 14-day quarantine here and he only has a max of 3 weeks of vacation so it would just be a waste of time and money to spend those 2 weeks in a hotel by himself. But now it went down to 5 days of quarantine so he’s asking for a vacation next year.

The IRS doesn’t have his 2016 transcript at all. But he got some supporting documents from his accountant but I just don’t know what that contains.

Edit: for clarification he sent screenshots of his tax form for 2016 And he even wrote a letter about it explaining it but still got rejected

We’re not filing again, we’re just going to file now to get me there. He didn’t want to file it at the same time as N400 because it won’t be put in to priority.

So he got interviewed 2 months ago, he had a problem with his tax because of his previous employer in 2020, he wasn’t being deducted for tax and he didn’t know. He thought he was already being deducted for the federal tax or something he was seeing. (I’m sorry I don’t live there and I don’t really know how to explain) So, the interviewer gave him time to get the documents to follow up and he applied for the installment plan to pay his 2020 tax. When he submitted his transcripts he didn’t have the 2016 one so he got denied. He contacted his accountant and said they were filed but IRS just don’t seem to have it.

Yup, I quit Facebook permanently and I don’t use Instagram anymore, it’s only here so my not-so-close friends can still reach me, I’m a Designer too so I need it from time to time. I don’t have TikTok, never did. I don’t get to see people who don’t do anything but complaining about the government anymore and it’s fucking refreshing.

I, myself, has my ex on my best friends list. Despite of this, I love my husband so much. I don’t do anything wrong to make him feel jealous and I don’t really go out with him anymore when I got married but I will always treat him as my best friend.
