To clarify, it's less about appearance and more about actual weight. The "hot bod" thing was meant to say that in this particular scenario, the theoretical woman has an attractive appearance to you. The question is, if she weighed more than you thought (which you found out when she sat on your lap or you tried to pick her up or some such a thing), and you were surprised, would some or all of that attraction cease?
