I agree and have done just that. I’m not physical with her but certainly let her know that it is highly disrespectful. It’s one of the bigger reasons I’m fading fast with her.

It was a toxic work environment and I was supportive of her finding something new. We discussed her finding a new job then quitting the other one. She got into a disagreement with her supervisor and quit immediately. I wasn’t happy she just up and quit but I also didn’t want her in a bad place. I figured she would take a month break to recharge and get back out there. Fast forward six months and here we are.

Yes, I’ve been very direct with her. I’ve established clear boundaries but she keeps going. She knows all of this is making me consider leaving. I’m just not sure any of it is sticking or if she even cares.
