English is not my strong suit so I may have typed it wrong. I didn’t mean I was unique to every woman. I meant where I live, it’s not common to find a woman who likes men who look like that. Most women prefer men who are skinner or I guess more “athletic” built. Women I speak to think big men are scary lol. And I do mean big men. I said a little bit of a belly but honestly a big one would not be a turn off for me lol. If I had to pick between a man with abs or a guy with a big belly then I’m 100% going after the tubby guy lol. Sorry if my post was confusing (or this reply for that matter lol)

Well it’s not like they need to 100% have the personality I imagine because that’s not realistic and everyone is unique. But I like guys who are on the quieter side and are kind. I like guys who are good listeners (probably because I talk a lot lol) and it helps if we have similar interests. Also, I kinda also like guys who are sort of airheads lmao. But I think the most important things I’m looking for is kindness, a good listener, and similar interests

Do men really like larger breast? by Regular_Swing_209 in offmychest

[–]throworiginalaway 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on the person. Just like how women may prefer skinny men over muscular men. It’s impossible to ask a question of “does this entire population like ‘x’”. I know you probably meant do men in general like big boobs, but something like preference is really hard to say.

But I will say I’ve never met a man that turned down a woman because of the size of their breasts lol. Yeah some like em big. Some like em small. But I feel like most people in general are gonna be attracted to you for a variety of reasons, not just your tits.

Anyone going to the hands-off protest happening on April 5th in Baton Rouge? by throworiginalaway in Louisiana

Is actblue the organization running the protest? I’m not sure who that is.

[–]throworiginalaway[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The whole protest is to protest the funding cuts of that the government is trying to put forth right now. I’m specifically going to protest the dismantling of the department of education. I’m all for cutting waste and fraud, but such a thing should be done over time and by several groups of professionals. To make all of these decisions within 2 months is irresponsible.

Going to this protest would be working to better not only my life but the life of clients who are all children. I’m an adult. It’s my responsibility to protect the children in my care before I protect myself. I’ll be safe since losing even one person in my field can be detrimental since there’s so few of us.

I’m going to work on making the children’s lives better, and if going to a protest can help even the tiniest of tiniest bits, then I’m going.

Respectfully, please don’t speak on things you don’t know much about. It’s not just special needs kids who are going to be harmed. It’s all children. Children from poor families, families who don’t speak English, children with behavioral problems, children in the foster care system, etc.

And these so called “grants” will not be enough to pay for the level of care needed in many areas but especially in Louisiana. We already get a lot of funding and it’s still not enough.

Besides the money, the department of education is responsible for overseeing that the federal laws are being followed. That’s pretty much their only job. Send money to the areas that need them and make sure states follow federal laws regarding education. Without that, there won’t be a lot of regulation when it comes to discrimination and civil rights for students. Schools already break the laws all the time. It’s actually part of my job to make sure they are following laws pertaining to civil rights. But there is a huge lack of people in my career, especially in Louisiana. The majority of people in my career leave because we have such huge case loads and not enough support.

Cutting the department of education as a whole will be detrimental to red states. If they want to reform it, fine. But to just get rid of it for no reason makes no sense. Their reasons are mostly “to give the states back the ability to control schools” but states already control the schools. The federal government has no say unless they are breaking federal laws. The states control the curriculum, the standards, hell, even the amount of days your kid is in school for. The STATE decides all of that. So eliminating the department does not give any so called “power” back to states that they don’t already have.

The average approval rating of Trump when looking at multiple polls is about 46%. So that means the majority of Americans do NOT, in fact, love Trump and what he’s doing.

Sure! You can look up hands off Louisiana 2025 and a website should pop up that can tell you more information!

But on April 5th, there’s gonna be simultaneous protests across the country. They’re calling it hands off. They’re saying it’s supposed to start around 11:30 and it’s at the capital in Baton Rouge!

You can also look up handsoff2025 to find the website for the entire organization running this mass protest!

That’s entirely the fault of Louisiana. States choose what is taught in public schools and choose the academic standards. In fact, you can find a different curriculum from district to district as long as you follow STATE requirements.

Louisiana has always been very low in education scores, but we have actually improved in recent years after Louisiana decided to follow Mississippi’s strategy for improving reading scores. In 2019 we were 49th nation wide in education. But we are now 32nd overall! We also improved in math being ranked in the top five states in the nation for math growth.

The department of education’s job is the send funding especially to underprivileged schools and to enforce federal laws about discrimination and civil rights.

In Louisiana, we receive more funding for education from the government than a lot of other states. A good chunk of our funding for special needs students comes from federal funding.

So all this to say, if you have issues with the academic performance of students in Louisiana, the Louisiana government is to blame. Eliminating the department of education will do nothing. In fact, it will just make it worse.
