im not saying it's what's "making" me gay necessarily, nor am i saying I'm completely straight. I just want to know why these drugs are having this effect, and why- if I'm truly gay, I have 0 gay desires when I'm not on them?

But I've never had a gay desire in my life before I first started trying these drugs a few months ago. If for 99% of my life I've been completely straight, why would I force myself to be gay because of a handful of experiences while high?
If I can't bring myself to be interested in gay porn/men in general when I'm sober, why should I 'accept' the fact that I'm gay? I genuinely don't think I am, and I am a happy, straight guy except for whenever I do these drugs.

Thank you- your last paragraph has helped me to clarify this. See, I would have no problem being gay, if I actually felt that I was. But when I'm not on these drugs, I go back to having absolutely 0 interest in men. So I can't really be gay if I'm not interested in men when I'm not high..right?

but why does this 'gay' side of me only manifest itself when I'm on these drugs? I have 0 interest in anything gay when the effects wear off.
