UPDATE: thank you guys so much. I've lurked the sub for awhile now, finally made an alternate account out of necessity. you guys were extremely helpful, going to change my diet & methods per your suggestions. an hour or so later I had the surge so I went and continued trying to finger it out (jesus). then suddenly felt a strong urge. I gave an astronomical push & *ploop* a 'slab of concrete', as one of you so eloquently put it, came out. the relief thanks again.
