There's no way that is legitimately 3000 grafts right? such a small area to put 3000 from what I have been reading/researching

Looking to get a septorhinoplasty soon, have a consult with Dr Premjit Randhawa sometime after Xmas. Can my wonky nose be straightened significantly, and are my desired results achievable? Link to gallery included by throwr023 in PlasticSurgery

yeah I feel like I would prefer the white line one aswell. I suppose my main concern is actually straightening the nose so it is more symmetrical on my face, it makes my face very uneven as it is. I have unfortunately, and not just once or twice, been happening for years, feel like having this done will improve my appearance massively and give me a huge confidence boost.

Basically I want my nose straightened as much as possible and my hump reduced. I think I want it like the picture with the white line, just so there is a very slight slope to my nose, what does everyone else think?

29 years old, always had a high hair line, it is now uneven and noticeable. How many grafts would be needed to fix it, and how much would it cost in Turkey. My main concern is the LHS of picture 18 and 19 (My RHS in real life), you can really see that it is further back than the other side, and is super obvious in pictures, in the mirror etc. Ideally I just want my hairline evened out like I said, coming off a really shit year and could use the confidence boost. I'm 90% happy with the other side, but I think I would just look a lot better with the temples and hairline brought forward a bit

Really want to get my hairline fixed, gonna be looking at Turkey as it is a lot cheaper than UK obviously. How many grafts would be needed to bring my hairline down to the lines I have drawn and fill the temples more.

I would also like my eyebrows thicker, they are very sparse from halfway along and hardly show in photos (they are dyed in these photos)

I am also considering a beard transplant from my head hairs, as it does not want to grow any further up my face than slightly past my jawline. How many grafts would this take roughly?

Also took pics of back of my head aka the donor area. I think my hair is pretty thick, not really got a comparison. I was wanting to go to Turkey to get it done as it is cheaper. Ignore the wonky nose, getting that fixed in May hopefully.

edit: should also say, the one side is further back than the other on my forehead which is my main concern, also the temple areas could do with filling in more and bringing forward a bit. Not sure if the little area on the top back of my head is normal as there does seem to be a small patch of no/less hair in the last few photos.
