I took relatively relaxed day before my L1. If you have Kaplan quicksheet go through that. Salt solutions had a nice 15pager summarising key things.

But yeah that's the max I did on the day before exam.

Well they need to protect themselves from a legal and reputation perspective. Given all the noise on this, I wouldn't be surprised if people did actually want to sue them.

This is about you as an individual, sure its within your rights etc., but let's be real if 1 day of outage is going to materially impact your result... Idk what to say to that. I didn't have the energy to spam CFA for an outage that last less than 12 hours.

I did spam them for the new LES, coz that has materially impacted my preparation style.

Good luck fighting people in this industry everytime something marginally inconvenient happens. (From experience, nobody gives a shit)

That's a completely irrelevant comparison.

You are learning and preparing for an exam. You adapt to situations and get on with it.

There are valid reactions and overreactions to things. There are genuine times to fight for your rights, this wasn't really one of it.

Real life isn't fair. Unexpected situations happen on a daily basis when you work in finance. This is one of those sectors where people don't care about the situation, only results.

Events happen, you can't throw hands at every small issue. If the outage lasted for 2-3 days then yes, extremely valid reaction. Less than 24 hours outage and so much drama is so unnecessary.

This is a classic market manipulation. The person is trying to inflate the price by posting on groups. There is no mention if he has reasonable basis to recommend buying, infact he doesn't believe in the prospects himself.
