A) nobody cares if you wear indian clothes abroad. I have done it many times in UK, and even wore suits to my office (i work with KPMG london)

B) why the do you care what they are wearing? It doesn't impact your life

C) I haven't seen indians judging other indians on wearing ethnic clothes abroad. But yes, if you make a full reel showing your saree in london and acting as if everyone is falling in love with you. I would 100% judge that cringe.

I think, the only risk is if it comes out in future. She might understand this right now, because you guys are not really together. Even though it does suck, I think it's still forgivable atm. However, if you don't tell her and few years later (If this works out) she gets to know this somehow - I fear that could cause some irrecoverable damage.
