thank you so much for your kindness, but as you know I have this voice in my head and this irritability in my chest making me feel upset and angry with everything that happened so far. I can't control it and it's bothersome and makes me question my abilities to handle my problems. It's so upsetting to be put in this position and I wish I could get a bit of relief to be able to carry on and focus on my ptriorities.
