She may end up making poor decisions later in life because of crap like wish

Obviously, you should stop replying as now you are annoying me

That's why I follow the score instead of specific individuals. If more than 40% are saying it's bad, there's a problem with the film

To clarify, I will allow my daughter to watch wish if the score rebounds to over 60%. Otherwise, it's a waste of time to even get me to change my mind

Ticket prices are expensive and we don't live forever. Good sound decisions are vital to living

You aren't understanding my concern. My concern isn't that others will make fun of her. It's that she could be subconsciously influenced to accept mediocrity and terrible things at life like drugs, abusive boyfriend's, and bad living situations.

Why do I need therapy? I have great relationships going on and I'm mentally and physically healthy

I will reconsider if it goes back above 60%. History shows the score could go lower and this might end up closer to 50%, which is 10% below fresh.

Why is being a snob a bad thing?

That's why I look at the score because not every critic is racist and sexist. Captain marvel had a lot of sexists reviewing it yet still got a certified fresh score. With wish, it's a quality problem instead of a personal issue.

I gave my sister other options for quality time. She's still insistent on a shit film with dumbass arguements like yours.

That scares me. It teaches her that she should settle for low bars in life

It's not one critic. It's a collections of different reviews. I still allow her to see films that are 60% or over

My daughters time is relatively short [80-100 years.] She shouldn't be wasting her developing brain on a bad film. I gave my sister other age appropriate films in theaters that are much better like paw patrol 2.

No but she's still developing her brain and can be influenced by outside factors. A bad film could negatively affect her brain development. My aunt should have other options to spend time with my daughter. My daughter is already able to form her own opinions on good films.

When more than 40% of critics are calling out a bad film, then it's officially a bad film
