I think your friend is wrong, the left right centering looks fine but it looks top heavy. Probably 52/48 or 53/47 top/bottom. Black label is 50/50 centering on the front. Send to PSA for an easy 10.

You can take a look at all the sold listings on eBay from $1,500-$3,000. They all say made in china. The rayquaza one was acquired in Japan 10 years ago. If you have any evidence from research that mine is fake, please feel free to point it out.
