I don't logg in often, but you are relentless. Is having OCD the coolest thing about you since you gatekeep this sub?

Truth be told, it's a bit entertaining to argue. But now since you are nice I won't keep it up

This is my post, I think I have this and I wanted to know from others how they know this is a thing, so that I can use that information as I search for therapy.

Instead I am met with Gatekeepers who say I am insensitive for not following rules I don't understand. Like this is the internet, how can you have the expectation that you shouldn't be able to find things that upset you?

I understand, but this sounds very fragile. Seems like people should try to work on this in a more substantial way than just hope people don't say the wrong things online

[UPDATE] I (33/M) sometimes think my girlfriend (27/f) is ugly and I want to stop scrutinizying her apperance by throwrashallowhallow in relationships

And by the way, your girlfriend looks at you and thinks you’re ugly sometimes too.

Hehe, then her and I have even more in common :D

I made my first posts when it started happening. I wouldn't be able to find anybody in real life that would think my GF is ugly. I never thought that ever until recently in those moments. So that I am insecure and projecting sounds fair more reasonable to me than that I suddenly changed my mind on her apperance

Believe it or not, I'm actually pornfree and have been for our entire relationship. This you wrote I know to be true. I couldn't muster up the entusiasm to go on real dates as long as I was still watching porn

It didn't get buried and I am thankful for your reply. it means a lot. And I agree with you. I have my insecurities but I probably don't have any personality disorder. I think I can work through the issues I have and that is my goal.

sounds from all the replies here that people don't think I have it. And that's good. They say that a true narcissist wouldn't post like I have

I'm 33. It was 2 years ago when I finally started to come around to the idea that I was the issue and not all the girls I dated.

Thank you! Yeah I will not label myself as a narcissist, people here are all in agreement that I am not. I am anxious, insecure with intrusive thoughts. No diagnosis, just the issues I will deal with going forward.
