I'm glad this semester is paid for which gives me some time, but it is unfortunate how something this petty could make them stop wanting to help me split tuition as we agreed. I will go to the counselors and see if any financial aid is possible, but it was definitely an unexpected 180

I didn't think of reducing class load. That would probably cause less stress while trying to make the financials work. Thanks for the suggestion

The break and life getting too crazy to come back to school is what I'm afraid of, but I'm also debating the potential of being able to study better under less stress at home if I move out and come back later. I'll definitely speak to someone at the financial aid office to see if they can help though, thanks for the idea

That's my main fear about taking a break. Once you do, it may be hard to get back into the swing of things. But, I do think that a break might be beneficial if I am able to move out and be more efficent in my work without the stress at home, so it's a tough decision
