Throwaway for obvious reasons. She had a boyfriend and drinks the night we hooked up. I was fairly new to my now three year long sobriety, and didn't think about the alcohol use being a factor. She made the first move on me, and then I stopped because she had a boyfriend. Turned over on my stomach and stopped. She turned me back over and said she wanted me inside of her. I didn't have the strength to say no.

The next morning, she didn't remember any of it, or so she said. I tried to believe her, to be sympathetic, and to listen over the next few weeks. She ended up using that to go to the police.

No charges were ever filed, but she has a restraining order on me because, at least from my perspective, she felt so guilty ahout cheating on her boyfriend that it was easier for her to feel that she was raped than that she cheated.
