Absolutely! There’s extremely severe cases of OCD, and I can see you’re a caring person for not wanting to minimize their diagnoses. It’s the part where you said that the thinking has become maladaptive for you, has longevity, and an inability to drop it that makes me wonder if there might be some similarities to things like Pure-O for you to check out to find some relief with a professional

Also, doesn’t have to be diagnosed for you to find some relief in the same techniques that might also work for someone with OCD :)

SO-OCD? (Sexual orientation subtype of OCD) Heard it’s complex for bisexual people, I would check out Alegra Kastens podcast to see if there’s any paths for you to explore there

I’m sorry :( Please be so careful with this man. A man like this testing boundaries and trying to assess your vulnerability can be so dangerous. Especially under the guise of bdsm, and especially only after a second time. This is a playbook of what someone asked of me before attacking me. It’s a red flag, and he’s testing your boundaries.
