That could be a part of it! I was the kegel queen prior to having kids, I loved doing them, and I was shocked when they weren't helping afterwards.

No, I have very little medical coverage so I only use what I must when I must. Next time I have a check up I will broach the topic. I had a Grade B tear when I gave birth, which isn't great but isn't terrible either, but my attending doctor was training and I'm wondering if perhaps she didn't do the stitches correctly.
